VicRoad Seaford was the fastest service I have ever had, faster than getting served at my bank at frankston The customer service has improved out of site Cassie.B was the outstanding concierge Cassie created the correct ticket and my ticket was up on the screen just before I completed my form. Can we get VicRoads to show the banks what customer service should be like in the reall world Cassie greeted me with a smile and everything went smoothly, believe me VicRoads "WAS" one place you would avoid due bad service. Well things have improved and thankyou

Stubborn/negative attitude and knowledge less people - counter#13 george wouldn't issue a receipt for interstate learner licence transfer as the NSW licence did not show the issue date!!! he asked me to take a new appointment after 5 working days... seriously? why not include this info on vicroads website or the customer service while scheduling an appointment? Travel 35-40 minutes to their office to hear this BS!

It's a little remote to most users, but you can always get an appointment before many VicRoads branches in SE Melbourne. Staff are very polite and helpful.
