Greater Dandenong City Council Office

These guys are an absolute pack of morons. All they care about is taking people’s money. Trying to get a permit for something is close to impossible as the building surveyors all have different information to give. ALL staff are rude and arrogant and think they have authority over you just because they work for the council. So glad I am moving from the area and never have to deal with them again.

Got a fine for pulling into a parking spot to pick up my wife for 2 minutes. Didn't leave my car and was told I needed a parking ticket. I'm paying this fine under protest because my time is more valuable. You lot are a pack of thieves.

Bad experience both times interacting with employees of the council. The two receptionists were impolite, rude and gave the wrong information. The parking inspector was also incredibly rude, I hadn't realised waiting for a parking spot was illegal and she could not have been more rude about telling me to leave.
