ATO not taking calls at all for 2 days is ridiculous
Discraceful .I'm trying to pay money back to them.. being on hold for 45 mins for the line to be cut off.called back another 50 minute hold. Finally got through to the correct Dept after another 20 mins. Iexplained how I wanted to pay the woman made it so confusing so when I said it's so complecated she hung up.. so I called back again explained to the person the situation and put on hold for another 40 mins I had a cry.. can no one help me to pay them back I'm going to get charged interest. ..so this time I explained the situation I was cool calm and collected and again the line went dead..so now after all morning being on hold I cried I then rang back to speak to the supervisor to be put on hold for 20 mins to be told not the correct Dept and would transfer me to be on hold for over an hour how can I pay without being charged intetest so after a rest I called back and omg I was so so lucky to get a young lady who travels and studies she listened and made the while process easy simple . I don't understand the other woman that set out to make it difficult ..would your job Not be easier if you were helpful. this lady was great now I. Sorted
ATO have been the most unhelpful service I have ever tried to use. I have tried to reclaim unpaid super from a previous employer for the past 12 months. Up until this point the employees attempting to help with the investigation process have done nothing to help me further, i have wasted hours trying to get to this point in the investigation process. They have thankfully recovered some funds from my previous employer only to deposit them into the wrong super account, sent out a form telling me so even though I have nominated the correct account this entire process. I now have to fill out 2 more forms to fix THEIR error and have to spend further hours on the phone trying to fix this. ATO you have been of such little help to this point, I am so unhappy with the way you have treated me over the phone and to this point, from the lies your employees have told me to the false promises. IF you are able to get this super for me it will be the only positive part of this process. Leo your customer service has ruined my day.
