The older lady working there once was lovely towards me honestly the best one there but then she left ☹. The best there now are Madina and the French man ( apologies as i dont remember his name)Had some negative expiriences with some of the other staff and it is very true, and I am not the only one who can see that the phones dont get answered in time and when they are ( required to wait up to 40 minutes on hold). As someone else wrote, blamed on the job seeker. Client for some time however not one interview was provided, although on numerous occasions asked for any type of work that I could perform or had the skills for. Jobs or interviews are promised by some however never followed up on or delivered.Manager seems like a nice man, however never had seen him or had one on one meeting with him. If you go to this agency try to be linked to eather Madina or lovely French man.

Having the ability to get free skills and attainments are good, however attending max employment each week can be a negative, and a hassle. if you have commitments on or if you are sick. They ask you to come in. Furthermore in days when you have something important on, they ask you to come in, otherwise they cut your payments. They also never reply to emails. When arriving all they ask you to do is job search, which can be done at home. this is just to simply waste your time and travel expenses.

I want to give negative stars (-5). But I can't in this system. When you call, mostly no one answer. When you come, no one in the reception and no one come to see you. you will receive you miss your appointment many times but you did attend their appointment. and always said this is your fault but actually all those were their fault. DON'T AND NEVER CHOOSE THIS PROVIDER!

You won't get a job from here! Been with them for over a year and found no job. They tell you to come and apply for jobs yourself while you are there. They don't help us finding jobs. They have a job portal of jobs I have been applying to them but not a single reply back! Useless!!!
