Terrible phone call service. They never answered the questions asked, accidentally hung up the call, and refused to continue the conversation. Displayed racism toward people who don’t speak English and always seemed angry, as if they hate their job. Poor communication skills and unwillingness to transfer the call to someone more knowledgeable.
Thank you to the wonderful staff members of the ministry of housing When ever I needed a repair done to My unit it was done in quick Time. They been very polite and friendly to me from the day I moved in to my unit .
Terrible my shower base is leaking a guy come out forgot to put report in and I have rang on the week end guy was rude said oh will get some one out Monday morning early no showing up ..my bathroom is flooded ffff
Department really need to stop hiring people who can’t even read an IVO,nChristine, extremely rude, threatened me during the first call “we are going to be in your life for a long time”nand targeted me for just practicing my rights and complaining about her.nThey are more occupied with breaking the family rather than child protection.nThe concern about me is my attitude and I am not accepting all the accusations and bend over to them.nI got legal advice and magistrate herself said we can have over the phone communication, she deny it like 50 times annoying me even when I say if that’s the case just report to the police,nDon’t ever expect any help from them they are there to feed their ego.nChilds protection is their least concern
Sue and the lady’s at Dffh Dandenong have the worst attitudes , they lie to court and ask you to do stuff that court has not requested . I’m making offical complaints to ombudsmen about this organisation.
