Just a heads up for any business that maybe asked to do work for Jacquie Tonkin or Robert Housely from the Key's program of this organisation, that its been my experience that you should request payment before or on the day of the job. I was asked to quote for a job which they accepted and autherised the work, when it came time to pay..... completely different story, saying it was too expensive, I tried to talk it through with them and asked to speak to their superior only to be told and I quote "I'm not prepared to give you that information, you take what ever action you think you need to". by Robert Housely.
