Forced to collect parcels from this LPO when I got carded again by the incompetent Australia Post, even though I was at home. When the male staff saw that the parcels were from Taiwan, he got off on a tangent about how Taiwan should surrender to Xi Jinping and it was inevitable. Please, I am not here to listen to your facist opinions. I would avoid this place entirely if only Auspost is less useless.
The staff here at Australia Post are always nice and polite and forever willing to help that extra bit. I have never had any issues collecting any of my goods nor any issues in dealing with the staff here. I can't say much about the actual company Australia Post as the services are becoming something of the past with lesser each year yet the prices always increasing but you can't blame the retailer for this as they have to make money to keep the business running so they have to pass the buck on. Menzies aus post Keep doing what you're doing and your help is always gratefully appreciated.
The friendliest and best customer service. Love coming here! I shop online and then purposely miss the delivery just so I can visit here to pick it up
I had my parcel sent to this post office and it was given to someone else, he then asked me if I wanted a diffrent mans parcel who has the same last name, I told him I was wanted my parcel. when I asked the Asian man how my parcel was given to the wrong person with out being id'd, he laughed and told me I will need to call head office. I asked him his name and he refused to tell me. Will never some here again. Not trust worthy or friendly!
sometimes this post office can seem rude but you have to look at it from outside and also consider how the customer is behaving and also if the customer is being fair and understanding also...it takes 2 to tango.... so to be fair i have seen customers being completely ignorant and not accepting the circumstance and predicament that they in in and try to hold the post office at fault when it clearly was the fault of the customer..... this is a clear example of ignorance and not being fair ....then the post office seem condescending but its the customer who is being rude and not accepting the issue for what it is and taking it up with head office come check out my YouTube channel @mikey vlogz
Don’t ever come here. People work here is rude as! If I have a choice my parcel got drop off here so I have 2 come pick it up I would never ever come here!
Male staff is very very very very rude others are ok I think people need to start making complaints to authorities to remove him . The way he talk and attitude not excepted.
Most staff here not willing to tell you of a cheaper option when sending items by post...It's like they couldn't be bothered explaining it !
Love this PO - small and friendly I can avoid the queues found in larger PO 's and be on my way faster.
The male staff there is Very Very rude to customer the way he talks/communicates but the other female staff has a good attitude
