I am extremely disappointed with the service. I sent an express post interstate on Thursday, expecting timely delivery but it’s reaching on Thursday. Taking seven days. I mean how come express post takes seven days to reach their destination? What’s even more frustrating is finding out that the staff didn’t submit our package on Thursday This unnecessary delay has wasted our time and caused significant inconvenience. Such service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning here in the future.
Very bad customer service, I been sent my stuff to my sister more than 1 years and never received them then I went there to asked they not respond.
This place is great!  I highly recommend this business.  I have been an Australia Post - Noble Park East LPO customer for several years. I have always received the BEST service.  Their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.  Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled—quick service & very trustworthy.
Dodgy. Lied to me. Charged me for express post, the parcel is supposed to be received today 25/03/2025 but now on the app it’s showing the parcel will be delivered tomorrow 27/03/2025. Absolutely pissed off with the liar Ranjithreddy the operator at the counter.
