Australia Post - Noble Park Post Shop

I was at post office before business hours 7-9 mad the old man their is so rude and not ready to help and said there is no parcel here your is in locker i showed him its in post office not in locker after 1 hour he gave me my parcel and when i try to explain him something he said dont speak. And even he told me me to come at 9 so why they keep after business hours. Even he said i need to keep all parcels on their place you wasted my time.

I was the only one waiting in line to collect a parcel and apparently they needed 2 workers to oversee passport photos being taken. I don't mind waiting because I may not understand the full context of having 2 workers doing 1 thing. What disappointed me was that a customer had walked in after me, went straight to the counter and handed in her packages. The lady at the counter went to retrieve her packages and then decided to serve me. I would go to another post office but I am located near this one.

Lack of customer service just as the others pointed out. Met the Indian lady whom the others mentioned. I can confirm that all these users complaints about this lady are legit and she's still working here. If you live in Greater Dandenong area, I would recommend Dandenong Plaza post office for lodging important documents.

Lazy and incompetent. I showed my ID for collecting my parcel but was asked for a tracking # instead. Then got told I need come back later because hundreds of parcel they still need to sort out, this was after I received a text/email that my parcel is ready for collection. Customer service is appalling

Very bad customer service here. The man I spoke to is abrupt, blunt and just comes avoid as plain rude. I have never lodged a passport at the post office before and i didn't need a booking for this place. Anyway I came at 4ish and the man there should have simply said "sorry you have to come back before 3 bc it takes time to review the documents". I have no problem with that. BUT what he did instead was gave me a disgusted look? He turned me away and spoke to me like I was a bloody begger. I was polite and respectful so expected at least to be spoken to normally not in a condescending and patronising way. Disgusting behaviour, suffice to say next day i any somewhat else. 0 stars or negative stars if i could.1 is too generous

The Indian lady at the counter is perhaps the most incompetent and rude woman I may have ever met. How she still has a job despite all these bad reviews about her I don't know. She seems to hate her job, herself and every person who walks into the post office.

Went today to apply for TFN with all forms filled out and ready to log into system, same Indian lady as everyone else had mentioned said - we can’t process it because we are short staffed. There were 2 staff members and I was the only customer. Why are people like that still working there?

Very bad customer service, no patience at all. Not willing to offer any help. The Asian guy was super rude.

The Indian lady is very rude and disrespectful, she’s so grumpy , she could explain nicely to customers , but she instead gives attitude,Very bad customer service , never seen before , I don’t know she still got the job . I’m not racist but this is unprofessional. Please Manager Post Office Noble Park do something about this .

very bad customer servise. very unprofessional work ethics.that lady and the the guy dealing the customers should be fired as soon as possible
