I was only 5 minute late to be there to pick up my parcel, and i was escorted out by the manager, only freaking 5 minute, can't you show some consideration to peoples that work far away, i even almost got involve to 3 freaking accident just because i try to reach there before 5pm. I have been waiting to receive that parcel for 2 freaking months. I just cant describe how frustrated am i right now. Can't even have my parcel to reschedule for a redeliver. 1 star is too much for this place.

Terrible service and training. Cant get the lowest score for this store.......busy hours only 2 staff in front of counter, others just sit back and doing nothing. Manager Gerard even worse.... don’t know why this store still here. Should some other people take over this store......

I have been to this store before and most the staff are great, especially the newer ones. Last week my wife went into pay some bills, she is new to the country and knows general English. This particular day she had the unfortunate misfortune in being served by the manager "Gerard". My wife wasn't aware that you could not pay for bills with AMEX and when she did not understand what the manager was saying he yelled at her, ignored what she was saying, snatched another card she had in her hand and yelled at her for the pin number so he could put it in himself. My wife came home crying. To everyone that visits this store, avoid the man working there, he is the manager. Don't give your pin number out to him or any personal information. He deserves to be fired and should never work in retail again. Don't know how those poor women employees work with him. Fire this man ASAP.
