Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this post office.nnI brought in two parcels, both measuring only 28cm x 35cm x 10cm, with valid Australia Post labels purchased through eBay. The staff member refused both parcels immediately, claiming they exceeded Australia Post's size limits. No measurements were taken, no proper inspection was done, and there was no attempt to verify the information.nnAfter returning home, I checked Australia Post's official guidelines and confirmed that both parcels were well within the permitted size limits. This means I was incorrectly turned away and wasted a significant amount of time because of misinformation provided by staff.nnWhat was even more concerning was the attitude of the staff member. The service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the beginning. I left feeling that I was not treated fairly as a customer.nnCustomers should be able to rely on post office staff to understand Australia Post's own rules and provide accurate information. Instead, I was incorrectly refused service without any effort to properly assess the parcels.nnI will not be returning to this location and would strongly encourage management to review staff training and customer service standards.

I understand that post offices get busy, and I had no issue waiting in the long line. However, the service I received once I reached the counter was incredibly disappointing.nnI already had my return parcel labeled and ready to go, all it needed was a quick scan. Despite this, the older Caucasian woman serving me was needlessly condescending. There was absolutely no reason for that level of rudeness for a simple, straightforward transaction.

I want to give a 5 based on an amazing team member today. Didn't keep receipt so couldn't provide online. Was around 2 today and she was so friendly, patient and amazing. She was a shorter team member of Asian appearance. I had to deposit a bit of money and was having problems my fault and she was the best. A rarity these days!

Friendly and helpful service from one of the staff today. Really went above and beyond to help me with my postage and setting up a my post business account!

Came in store yesterday to ship my wedding bouquet express to Ballina in NSW. Paid over $40, for my recipient to inform me today that it was sent with regular post and therefore my flowers will be dead by the time they arrive next week. Thanks Aus Post.
