I visited the Springvale office of Centrelink and am very thankful for the service and advice provided by Marie.......She not only fixed my problem, caused by two Cretins from the Rowville office who nearly cost me about $145 per fortnight, but helped correct my future Pension....Thank you Marie I wish there are more people like you in Centrelink .
Everyone in here never smile and bad attitude. The worst one is Thanh, the bald Vietnamese male with glasses. To make it clear: “no one comes to rob your pocket money.”
staffs are so rude! It wastes time. The staff booked an phone call appointment for me!! But Actually I did not received any call from Centrelink and I tried to call them. It says my account access self service is suspended:
Honestly, been here 2-3 times and I had to wait nearly hour alone every time and not to mention how rude some staff can be. They can try to be a bit nicer and not give off so much attitude.
People whose work there look like they really hated their life and never want to be there but they have to. Everyone there is lazy and rude expect the guild.
Experiences here have been bad. Staff trying to kick you off Centrelink and not actually trying to help. Also takes a really long time, always long queues. Go anywhere else, Oakleigh is much better.

Our first visit to Centrelink in November 2016 started with a welcoming smile, clear instructions and comfortable lounge chairs. We waited a while maybe 40 minutes and we were met by a pleasant staff member who was well informed and helpful. Well done to the Springvale staff members. A surprising pleasant environment.
One of the worst service. As an Australian, I feel sorry for the people who ever need to go there! I wish if I had not been there for their service at all! I went there three times for a health care card which I applied online a month ago and provided all required documentation. When I asked about it, the person there said they are still within the KPI and behave very unprofessionally. All that I can say politely is that people should not behave like this with anyone.
Absolutely disgusting service! The lady who takes your enquiry is incredibly intimidating and has no issue with demeaning and humiliating you. This has happened several times to me and it's a disgrace to be treated like this on your own country. Surely a Government department could afford some new seating chairs as the ones I'm currently sitting on reek of cigarettes
