Pathetic - sent back a parcel despite us specifically ringing them to say we would be in to collect it. Staff couldn't have cared less. No wonder Auspost is going out of business.

Official Review: 4.5/5 (Since Google doesn't do halves) The Clayton Post Office provides a friendly, professional and sensational service with friendly, caring and smiling staff, modern and upgraded features such as self checkout systems and has the capabilities to do most of your post office needs. I absolutely love the staff, especially the ones who I see are patient with elderly or those who struggle, and know and recognise locals for a more personalised service. They are very knowledgeable and deal with customers professionally. Unfortunately, like most post offices, the lines can mean you have to be patient but it isn't too long and the helpful staff make up for it! And the prices of stationery, computer accessories etc. can be a bit expensive, but that's most post offices. I definitely recommend coming here if you need something done by the post office!

i tried to sent my self through a paper box but they pulled me out and slapped me please dont come here if you want to sent yourself over seas its dangerous

Went for the first time to Clayton PO although I live in Lynbrook , I had some language problems , but luckily one of the staff members could speak Punjabi. She was very courteous and professional . Would strongly recommend!👍-- gurcharan
