Work efficiency is shown when giving out fines. Rubbish council have to wait 2 business days before the fine is updated in the system, and the penalty reminder notice fee is $24.70? is this reminder notice made out of gold? Oh boy do they love giving out fines. No signs yet they still feel they can give you one for reasons you didn't even know where a thing. They also love leaving rubbish and bins scattered across the road after every weekly collection. Nice one guys

Monash City Council Money Grabbing Thieves.... I received notification of an alleged parking offence; including additional fees for not paying the fine on time... Problem is I was never notified at the time of the alleged offence as nothing was attached to the windscreen of my vehicle when I returned to it 3 hours later. How can one be expected to reasonably act if one is not notified fairly. Councils view (in writing) was; its not their problem if their ticketing system fails to notify an owner! The photo images they sent me do not show any infringement notice attached to my windscreen with any clarity or definition..! Completely pig headed arrogant staff I unfortunately had to deal with regarding the overall situation....
