I had a hearing on the 21st of May at 9:30. The judge was very kind. The duty lawyer, seems more like she was on the prosecutors side. A lady came up to me and told me there was no duty lawyer for the day while the duty lawyer was walking up and down my face. I insisted on seeing a duty lawyer she finally came to talk to me my traffic matter was listed for 9:30am they wasted my time the whole day until after 4pm before I left. Horrible experience but I’m glad the judge was empathetic.

Dear Judge Hannan. I have asked, repeatedly for your admin staff to provide me with the emails I have sent you over the past ten years. All I was told when I asked at the admin desk is “you are not getting them”. I will be on-forwarding every email to govt depts. IBAC ignored me. ASIC ignored me. The County Court ignored me. I am requesting those self explanatory emails so that I can send them to someone who can be bothered doing their jobs. Your website should explain what is required when a person takes out an IVO. The person who called me a “violent psychopath” has been given carte blanche to harass my mother, you have her two Affidavits and video no-one has bothered to listen to, my friends and more recently my siblings and cousins. It is absurd for someone to claim I am dangerous, when the opposite is true. Perhaps the Governor General can ask one of her staff to spend 10 mins to read my emails, which now apparently are important.

horrible phone system. i pressed on the option for what i needed, waited 20 minutes just for a lady on the other end i could barley hear, to tell me to press something different. i hung up, called again pressed the one she told me and then it hung up on me! this is a joke. horrible service

I had my case heard yesterday 11of July 2024 related to cross intervention order by my homeless drug addicted ex boyfriend.nViolence mention police  officer Luke and Natasha were so understanding and supportive during whole 7 hours. Although I were absolutely crushed, misunderstood and humiliated by male judge who openly displayed misogyny not only towards myself but every female in the court room. Obviously he is older school older male, who in his mind feels like supreme being. Awful experience!

Whent there as a support person in a civil hearing recently. Extremly  rude female magistrate yelling at her own assistant  while the whole court room looked in disbelive and shock.nOn top of everything she was giving lessons of what is acceptable behaviour and what is not . Your Honour please look your self in the mirror at least oncenNot allowingnAnyone to say a word including duty lawyers and participants. Admiting her frustration . What a great role model!!nI could not believe this was possible in 21 century in Australian judicial system . Does the chief magistrate has ever read those comments?nGreat attitude from a public servant who suppose to be there for ordinary people
