Worst customer service. The employees have condescending tone and gave me false information regarding the iPhone repair shipping and made me pay for the packaging that should've been provided for free. Unless they completely change their employee, I won't be going back. 4 years of going to this auspost and it was the most infuriating experience.

Got to love those opening hours. So useful if you work a 9-5.30pm job like myself. Few post offices have hours this good.
