The staff here are very friendly. Even if someone with poor English comes to handle business, the staff are still very patient to communicate with you. I am very grateful that the examiners here know that we will be nervous when taking the driving test. They are kind and comfort the test students to relax and not be nervous... I am very grateful. The only drawback is that there is no public toilet for the public.
I had an outstanding experience during my driving test at Heatherton VicRoads, largely thanks to my examiner, Sophia. Her professionalism, kindness, and exceptionally clear instructions turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into a smooth and manageable process. I truly appreciated her positive demeanor.
