I’m not sure how they’ve done it, but the Victorian government has built a public service centre that actually functions. Great, quick and friendly service. Now let’s hope they can do the same with Centrelink

Getting my first licence, all good, not allowed to smile on the photo booth, didn’t show me the photo. Licence received a week later, photo surprisingly good looking.

Please have one toilet for the customers. This is a basic facility in such a big customer service centre. Everything else is perfect.

The staff there are so rude and show such attitude and no respect whatsoever for the customers either. I have been here a couple of times, and I am so disappointed by the attitude of the staff.
First thing in the morning when I arrive, they are already so stressed out and rash to myself and everyone around. Once, I was lost and asked whether my name had been called, and then they just brushed me aside in a very rash and rude manner.
I really really dislike coming here. I will always try to minimise the trips and reasons to come here again.

The worst place to take driving test!
I was failed three times trying to take a test there. First time it was because i drove on yellow light even though the traffic light switched to yellow when i already passed the line.
Second time I was asked to turn right, the road was split into two lanes, there were no cars around us, and I really wasn't sure what lane to turn into (By default it's always left you should turn to), so I made a wrong call, and I turned into right lane, instead of the left one. And then immediately realised the mistake and started turning into the left lane straight away. But the officer failed me anyway even though I was already adjusting
The third time I was failed because I went over by 3km in 40km zone even though the minute i saw i exceeded, i pushed on break to slow down the car. The officer failed me anyway. I had 5 minutes left till the end of the test. Now i am gutted, and never want to take a test there.
In UK (originally from UK) you always have a space for few mistakes, in here they fail you straight away, even if you were driving perfectly the whole time. I understand if you did a huge mistake, i.e driving through a red light, but if the driver made a minor error, realised it and tried to adjust straight away, then that should be counted towards something...
