I had a deeply disappointing experience with Heatherton VIC Roads with my recent driving test. Towards the end of the test, my examiner claimed that I had driven through a 40 km/h roadwork zone at 60 km/h. However, both my driving instructor and I did not see any 40 km/h signage in the area—only roadwork cones. When we revisited the location 5 minutes after the claim, there was still no 40 km/h sign present, only the cones.nnWhen I pointed this out to the tester, he shrugged it off and suggested the sign might have been removed after we passed. This explanation is hard to believe; it's highly unlikely that a sign would be taken down in such a short span of time. This situation made me feel that the tester was either not truthful or unfair in his assessment.nnI attempted to address this issue with the VIC Roads customer hub, but they dismissed my concerns, stating it was my word against the tester’s, and they had to take the tester’s side. This response left me feeling cheated, as I wasn’t provided with a reasonable explanation or a fair resolution.nnOverall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. It seems that there is little room for human error or fairness when it comes to the decisions of testers. I am now facing the inconvenience of having to redo my test in eight weeks, which could have been avoided with a more transparent and just process.
Disqualified an almost perfect driving test because I used cruise control twice.nReally an institution made to take money from you in every way they can.nSupervisors only solution was to not have me have to wait 3 months for another appointment. Incredible.
Very fast and friendly service. I went there to transfer a vehicle and it was done within 10 minutes.nMake sure you go to the office at 8.30amunless you do not have an appointment, then you will be able to come out without waiting there for hours

Unprofessional service and bad attitude. Bought a new MV and have done all the paperwork. The lady at the counter is terribly rude. After 3 months, still receiving letter from Vicroads requesting to provide the documents which already given at this centre. Waste of time coming here
