I went for my driving test yesterday, I was very nervous but all the staff were absolutely lovely. My testing instructor Duyang was very professional, his easy manner calmed me down and allowed me to drive to the best of my availability. Even if I hadn't passed, I was very happy to have him as an examiner
It was a quick process to link my customer number to my existing account and also update my Rego to my account. Thanks to Mark who sorted this out in less than 5 minutes. This is a good VicToads customer center.
Had my drive test here, 2 people were present during the test due to training I was told. The main instructor was very professional and well mannered, however, the trainee instructor constantly blocked my rear view mirror by lunging to the middle of the car, it was so bizarre. I passed the test but her bizarre head movements and lunging towards the middle kept distracting me, they really need to understand their job is to assess not distract or try to cause panic to the test taker.
I got my driving licence today, after passing the test at the first attempt! My instructor, Robert Kassabian was excellent - the guidance provided and teaching style was brilliant - not just to pass the test, but to always drive safely. I was feeling a bit nervous about the test, but Robert helped me work on all the areas I needed improvement in and was a great motivator to instil confidence in me. I am very pleased with the result. Thank you so very much for the wonderful experience.
Was in VicRoads few days ago . The Indian guy named I think Maalak was very rude and arrogant towards me . He could not speak or understand English properly. His attitude definitely needs improving and he should not work in VicRoads. Please VicRoads only employ people who can speak English!
