Terrible customer experience!!! 

Returning an item I purchased online today, I was asked to tie my assistance dog up outside, so I did. I then began accessing the return form on my phone while being served by a customer Service employee at the counter. 

While pulling up the return label on my phone she needed, I looked out the door to see if the dog was ok. She then told me to take my stuff off her counter and get back in the line to wait as I was taking too long and they were too busy.

I felt humiliated in front of everyone in the store and shocked that someone in her position would treat a customer in that way!

Beauracratic and unhelpful staff refused to photocopy one page of an Australia post ID form we brought in (they had no originals ) whilst she stood less than a metre from a photocopier! Had to search for a place to copy it then return to Australia post .
