An Indian man working there is completely rude to customers. This is a franchised Post Office, that's why the Indian dares to treat customers in that way. I came to pick up my parcel. He told me that it was not there. I showed him my pick-up card. He said the card was wrong. I said to him that I called Australia Post customer care before, they told me the parcel was there. He said customer care staff provided me wrong information. I asked home if he could try to look for my parcel again. He just said "don't waste my time!" He didn't want to help customers, and he is not qualified to work there.  I called the Australia Post customer care, they told me the parcel was there. I went back to the Post Office 1 hour later, a female staff find it out for me straight away.

very rude judgmental people work here. I once also went to pick up a parcel australia post told me they dropped it there.... they also left no pick up card.... i went to pick it up they said it was not there....... i walk out in commotion and one nice indian lady said ohh its probably in the special spot........ then i finally got my parcel after being embarrassed...

Great service with efficiency.  Post officer Jouelle delivered a prompt service with a very friendly attitude

was trying to collect an express parcel from here, but it finally turned out that they don't have my parcel due to the incorrect info showed on their track website.   Their staffs were very defensive and showed no intention to help me solving the problem.
