Australia Post - Scoresby LPO

Horrible customer service, Staff members get angry when you ask any questions and don't even bother to help you find the best or cheapest options for your post needs - Especially the large and slim old men. I had to visit 3 separate times and two separate phone calls to get the answers I was after, After those five instances I called AUSPOST Head office and got everything I needed within two minutes. Only one employee there is nice and caring to provide good CS. The consistent 1 is definitely there for a reason.. AusPost should restaff the entire store minus that one woman.

A perfect score of 1.0 Never seen that before. These guys really do make an effort. The worst service a person could possibly provide, If they even bother to notice you they speak rudely, are all terrible, cant believe they are still in business. I think they got rid of the old rude lady which will help them but overall it’s the same place run by the same two idiots.

The Indian lady that works there has been extremely disrespectful to everyone I know that goes here. She was just extremely rude & hung up the phone on me twice today. It wouldn't kill her to have a little customer service.

One star because I could not select zero. Appalling customer service and rude approach. Gives AusPost a bad name. Stark contrast to Rowville who are fantastic - efficient and friendly.

Service is appalling. The owner is very rude both to customer and his own staff. I will never go there again.
