Fort Knox Self Storage

I've booked spaces with the Scoresby branch of Knox Self Storage several times since 2009 and have always been delighted by the cleanliness of the facility and the management services provided. The friendly efficiency of Ingrid and her colleagues has always made my dealings with the company a pleasure. Highly recommended.

When we moved house we had no idea where to look for packaging materials, and this is "the" place to come. Heaps of variety of cardboard boxes in all shapes and sizes, my favourite box was the clothes box. It's designed to hang your clothes in, on a rail. So we take them straight out of the cupboard into the box, no ironing at the other end. Obvious to state they've got cartons of all shapes and sizes, tape, wrappings, you name it they can help.

First time hiring a storage facility and unsure what to expect. I was blown away by how professional and friendly the staff were (particularly Ingrid) and how clean the Scoresby site was. I would definitely recommend this company. Great service.

Great communication from the time I first enquired about leasing a storage unit especially from Laura, nothing was a problem for her. She took the time to explain everything and even showed me a few units to compare. She made sure all my questions were answered and I understood what was being organised. Look forward to dealing with her again and the entire Scoresby team.
