Impressively poor customer service. I showed a clear photo of my driver’s licence and my Shop app with tracking details proving I missed the home delivery, but that still wasn’t enough. Instead, I was made to waste time downloading the VicRoads app to show my online driving licence again, just to collect my own parcel. Thankfully, this person doesn’t have a more important job.
Absolutely awful, just awful, especially the staff member called Lesley. She needs to be sacked, nasty piece of work, seriously lacking in sensitivity and customer service, she reduced me to tears. There is one lady who works at this post office is, however, very kind and helpful, I do not know her name but she is always helpful and caring, patient and knowledgeable, she consoled me after the way Lesley spoke to me. There seems to be many, many one star ratings for this post office, that does not surprise me, if there was a zero rating I would click this instead of the one star.
I honestly hate when i have to pick up parcels from this particular auspost. These 3 ladies are some of the most rude, nasty, condesending, and unapproachable human beings ive ever encountered. I feel so uncomfortable when i have to speak to one of them. While they are side eyeing you one time they started rolling the closer doors in front of my face and it wasn’t even closing time yet. i would fire them in a heartbeat if i had the choice. I hope we see some change.
Bring up to 4 stars for the excellent passport photo and submission services they provided.n-------------Below is the old review--------------nTwo stars for my fine experience with the staff. However their opening hours is really bothering me. Usually all my parcels can be safe drop at home if no one home. But sometimes when some retailer requires signature without telling me on their website, it's a nightmare for me to find time to pick up from this post office. I was told by their staff I can come early in the morning to pick up parcels - apparently not this morning as both front door and back door are shut tight when I got there around 8am. Please kindly consider full-time workers who travel to city every working day!
Please do something about one of your old lady staff who is absolutely rude and condescending. I was in to pick up important documents but luckily her colleague, an older Asian man overheard the situation and knew what was going on and helped me out. My document was sent to boronia post as it was a safer option rather than it having sent to my residence while I’m out for work. The old lady was going to refuse to give my document just because it’s addressed to the post office even though my name and contact number is written on the recipient section. Really terrible attitude and customer service.
