I disagree with the other posts here. The staff are good. Very good. There are times they're busy, times they're quiet. They follow rules and regulations. I witnessed a bit of a kerfuffle when somebody was trying to post gas canister the ones used on the portable BBQ's. Customer was rude and obnoxious, staff managed the guy well. I'd have told him to dissapear. All said, this Aussie Post outlet is top notch.

Staff are normally friendly and helpful however I have never been there without a line at least 5 minutes long. Have on a fee occasions had to wait 15-20 minutes in line for service. Very busy.

Tried using as my business courrier but ladies and staff were terrible. Unapproachable, poor customer service, grumpy staff when you asked question. Racist! Don’t recommend at all! If you don’t like your job, then leave.

Terrible service. So far have given me the wrong information twice. Manager wouldn't put her coffee down to sort the problem out. Disgusted. Formal complaint made with head office. If a private business ran like that they'd be out of business quickly. Never happy staff.
