Terrible experience. Will never go there again.
Staff didn’t know what some products were sent me to tool shop for z piece of dowel.
Garden exit closed just before 5:00 pm where my car was parked in disabled car park.
Staff members complaining while waiting for their coffee about new staff.
Staff member at checkout complaining she had knocked off.

I provided them with a cheaper price on a stocked item and they refused to match it as it wasnt available on the competitors floor (as in walk in and walk out which the competitor stated bunnings have a hold on the stock as they are taking it all). Bunnings said they would happily sell the tiles to me but at 50% higher price. Wont be dealing with johnson tiles or bunnings for flooring ever again. False advertising and weasel their way out of doingit for the cheaper price. Crooks

Generally great, but always a little under-staffed when it comes to having someone available to answer questions. Great price especially on big buys, but watch how those ancillary odds and ends you need add up. That's where they make their money.
