They repaired my 2002 model GCC by replacing the actuator and sticks while doing a clean up for only 35aud. Pretty shocked they still offered repairs for such an old model but it was really good quality work. Came with a promotional pin too albeit a really old one
Came to purchase a new battery for my 3ds. Store is very small and is literally just a counter with repairs taking place in another room The place looks incredibly outdated and dirty, and only one person was serving. Had to wait about 15mins before I was served but salesman was very polite and friendly.
I spoke to Simon in Melbourne today and he was absolutely amazing. He got back to me when he said he would and sorted out all the issues. He was polite, kind, understanding and efficient. Thank you Simon. I hope you realise what you have there Nintendo, because it is rare!

Don't use Nintendos online store! Got the game snowrunner on switch and have had a terrible experience with the quality of graphics on the game. This game is very detail oriented so when everything is a blur it makes it horrific to play mainly in the hand held version. I compared the game to the same version on another platform and the difference is night and day when I brought this up with the customer service team they told me I should have been more considered in my purchase and they won't help me now I have 'simply changed my mind' The condescending interactions I have had are really demeaning. Don't buy games off the estore for you switch. At least places like JB and eb games have some level of customer care.
I've had a couple of occasions where I needed to contact Nintendo. Every single time, I have been served by wonderful people who have been able to answer my questions quickly and efficiently. I have also had to send in hardware for repair a few times. Each time it has been quickly processed, I've been kept up to date with the issues, and been very satisfied.
Your joy cons are deeply frustrating with their quality. The drift problem clearly needs to be fixed for all joy cons old and new. Offering a free fix is really great, but let's face it, it's temporary. Surely being an awesome company it would be great to see the issue fixed and exceed our expectations with some BIGGER A B X and Y buttons. Your games are great on switch, the joy cons do not bring me joy. Thankyou for your time reading this
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Would give no stars if I could. I took my Nintendo switch in to get a joy controller fixed as the joystick snapped off at the base while my seven year old daughter was playing Mario cart. As I live nearby I thought I would drop it off to save some time however 2 weeks later they called me to say that I caused the damaged and that there is also other things wrong with it that would need to be fixed all new to me. They told me it would cost $50 to fix or they would return it unfixed for $25. I would have assumed that this would be covered under warranty as the unit was less than 6 months old. When I went down there to pick up the broken controller they basically didn’t want anything to do with me as they were not going to make any money out of me as I refused to pay the $25 for my controller back. In the end I purchased a new replacement controller from JB Hifi for less than half the price the Nintendo service department was going to charge me. I will never purchase another Nintendo game console again after this.
I had a Joy-con drift problem, so I drove down to Scoresby and dropped it off for repairs. The controller was posted back to me arrived 10 days later. Nintendo not only fixed the drift problem by replacing the joystick but also replaced the rail on the side of the controller which wasn't clipping on to the console properly. I didn't even mention the rail issue to them. They didn't charge me for anything, despite the console being out of warranty... So, I'm very happy. Above and beyond. Thanks so much, guys!
