Came to purchase a new battery for my 3ds. Store is very small and is literally just a counter with repairs taking place in another room The place looks incredibly outdated and dirty, and only one person was serving. Had to wait about 15mins before I was served but salesman was very polite and friendly.
Nintendo Australia have great products and a great service team. I just had my Switch joy-cons repaired. The process was easy and fast.
Bought a game online that requires additional controller. A bit novice on this and emailed customer service to request a refund or credit to purchase something that I can play. All I get was cold, non-human responses that basically telling me to get lost. Dealing with their customer service is definitely the last thing I would recommend anyone has to experience. Amazing company but customer service here in Oz is below average.

Pathetic, absolutely pathetic.nnThe number is disconnected, tried asking for help to obtain a master key and all I get is robotic emails that don’t offer any help. I put in a partental code and I have forgotten it but I need a master key for it. But I keep going around in endless circles.
