Thoroughly disappointing in every way. Ordered a Roca shower base which took months to arrive. After installation the tiler pointed out that it had a ridge in the rear of the base which makes water fall to either side of the base. Water now pools on one edge and flows onto the bathroom floor on the other end. We now need to keep a squeegee in the shower to force the water down the drain. There is also a flaw in the base which has a divot in it and underneath the hole shows through as white against the black base. DO NOT purchase one of these bases. They are absolute rubbish.

if i could give zero stars for this companies after sales i would, never have i been in touch with someone so rude and just no care factor in regards to the reputation of the company or themselves nothing but rude ill be raising my case with the ACCC for the incompetence of this company I hope the person in the warranty division gets correct training as they are so rude and I don’t know how they still have a job
