I would not recommend this store to anyone. We returned a generator three hours after purchasing which had not been used or touched.The generator sold to us was the wrong type so it is useless to us.We were told we would get a refund within seven days.They were given there generator back within three hours of purchase as they sold us the wrong type. We deserve our money back as item was not used or opened and was given back within 3 hours.We will be taken this further to cusumer affairs.Sydney tools states we can get a refund if returned within 14 days and item is untouched.This $1,200 generator was not opened and returned within 3 hours of buying.On closer inspection of this generator l could tell it was not suited to my needs and does not appear to be of strong material..nRachel stirling
I got all of my shop's tools from them.nI think its the biggest branch in Melbourne area, as they have many tools and helpfull staff.nAdrain helped us a lot.nHe was so patient and gave us a lot of information to choose the right tools as I was lost.nDidn't know what to buy.nAlso we got a big discount from them which helped us to buy more tools.nI highly recommend them
Bad customer service. Not helpful at all on top of that closing the shop before it’s time to close. Im regretful i bought my tools here not i’m married to shit service.
First time I’d ever been here and I will definitely be coming back! Service was second to none. Calvin, Daniel and Dave all went above and beyond to help me select a tool drawer organizer with pegboard for my husband as a surprise! Surprise was customer service still exists with these guys. Highly recommend.
Untrusted shop that sells me unsealed box kit, only god know if the tools are brand new or used. To be fair, the angle grinder was sealed in its own box.nI bought a bosch kit with 4 item, but when I take home I realized the box was opened and genuine protector was cut open too.nnIt is my fault to trust a big brand store too much that I didn't bother to check before bringing home.nnThough I can register my product warranty on bosch website, but I am unhappy that my box kit was OPENED not by me!.nnA staff just call me regarding to this and say i can just bring back the box and he will change me another new box.nnI appreciate your calling, but you told lie is very rude and didn't even said sorry for the openned box ! Please dont call me to explain for your bad service, I bought the product and wasn't happly with the service and I have to leave the review.n1. The box was opened and you handed it to me, of course you should have known it was opened.n2. The drill product doesn't has the same code but seems like Bosch changed its product code, this is neither mine or your mistake.n3. It takes time to drive around so I didn't want to come back and change ut, but please improve your service instead of calling customer. It's annoying !n4. I don't want to change the stars, I rarely put 1 star but I am not happy to the dishonest action, you sold me the opened kit and remained silent when I brought it home, and just called back to explain after you saw the google review.
