First time I’d ever been here and I will definitely be coming back! Service was second to none. Calvin, Daniel and Dave all went above and beyond to help me select a tool drawer organizer with pegboard for my husband as a surprise! Surprise was customer service still exists with these guys. Highly recommend.
I got all of my shop's tools from them.nI think its the biggest branch in Melbourne area, as they have many tools and helpfull staff.nAdrain helped us a lot.nHe was so patient and gave us a lot of information to choose the right tools as I was lost.nDidn't know what to buy.nAlso we got a big discount from them which helped us to buy more tools.nI highly recommend them
Popped in here for a few minutes to pick up something for my workplace. A bit unassuming from the outside but deceptively big on the inside. Looked to be a decent range of tools and they were well stocked. Very tidy and organised. Plenty of staff around and the ones I dealt with were polite, helpful, and attentive. I must have come during a sale or some kind of promotion and the free sausage sizzle & can on my way out was a nice bonus. Would shop here again.
Fantastic range of general tools as well as specialty, staff went above and beyond too to ensure what the products I purchased were exactly what I wanted. Store is a bit tricky to navigate but overall excellent.
My go to anytime I need new power tools. The staff here are have extensive knowledge and great customer service. Dave has always been a pleasure to deal with and help me with technical / troubleshooting advice. Highly recommend Dave and the team.
