Guy came over to me when I was looking at dog bones to see if I needed help. Got some cheap brisket pieces, very happy. Not a big range of dog food but I felt welcome and looked after. Good customer service is not that common so when I get it always keen to return and recommend. Snapp is a happy chap.
Fantastic customer service, prompt in replying to me messages on facebook too! Great selection of meat and poultry, got a large order and the price was unbeatable definitely gonna be a regular! Also all of their sausages taste amazing, just got 1 of each and cooked them up!

They either have no sense of smell, not ideal for a butcher or are trying to get away with selling very off meat. I bought bulk scotch fillet which he sliced and put in a bag. I didn't even need to open the bag to smell it was very off. I will not be back.
Best butchers I have been to, always good meat at good prices, i drive past the Australian butchers to go here despite the fact it's only 1 minute drive from my house. Would reccomened them over all other butchers.
