Been here a few times and it’s always good! Made to feel welcome each and every time. Service is fast and friendly. Coffee is great and the food is amazing. Chicken Burger and twisted doughnut is a must!!!!

Best cake shop in the area. Wide range of biscuits, cakes, and cheesecakes. Great friendly service. Will return for sure.

Very busy and popular place for breakfast and lunch. Food is delicious and serves are fairly large and could be shared between two. Amazing cakes and sweets on display. Service good, a bit noisy when busy. Tables available outside if the weather is good🌞

We've ordered cakes and pastries from Frank's Cakes on a couple of occasions now and will continue to do so in the future. We've had the continental cake and marble mud cake and both times not a crumb was left. Delicious. The Italian pastries are second to none. The presentation has always been lovely and everything packaged up nicely. The cakes we've ordered have been priced fairly and quite reasonable for the quality and freshness that you get. It's great to have an Italian cake shop of this standard out in the Eastern suburbs.

Food is reasonable quality but very expensive for what you get. Service average and one lady is quite abrupt. Nice outdoor area which is pleasant in good weather. Experience was ok but over priced, probably because there’s not much else that’s good nearby.
