must be new owners. pizza was alright, but ordered a pasta with it, and couldnt take more than 4 bites. flavorless, and i'm not really sure they even had the ingredients right for the sauce. disappointing.

*sigh* it's really sad what has happened to this shop. Al Pacino's Pizza use to be the very best pizza in the area. They use to be run by a lovely Italian family who truly cared about their product. The atmosphere was lovely, the pizza was unparalleled, and the prices were excellent. It seems the ownership has changed hands. The new owners don't seem to care. The menu and prices hasn't changed, but the quality has plummeted. The pizzas are now a sloppy, wet mess. Placing orders over the phone is pointless, they almost always get the order wrong. Truly sad.

We have been regular customers of Al Pacinos pizza for over 12 months now. However, after picking up 3 large pizzas, 1 lot and 2 margaritas with ham and salami and paying $1 for each basic topping on each margarita, I get home to find that the lot has no prawns or anchovies. I called the store to be told that the manager changed the menu.... well maybe update your menu online as it clearly states The Lot contains prawns and anchovies! We will be ordering from Big Als from now on.
