Been here over weekend, not so crowded but toilet were absolutely dirty. Though it looks brand new but all equipments in kids indoor play are covered by germs and not being wiped for a long time. Hop the manager consider my note

Ordered 2 serves of fries plus a burger meal which also includes fries, so 3 serves of fries, via the drive thru. Saw it on the screen. Paid for it. Should have got a receipt. Got sent to waiting bay - all full so parked in car park. Waited so long thought someone else had been given our meal. Had to run inside in pouring rain to ask where our food was. Only got given 2 serves of fries - was told we'd have to pay for the 3rd serve, that we'd already paid for. Told them to stick it. Walked out. Not going back.

Treated my kids for good PT inteviews. Long wait for cold food. Will not be back.

Dont get me wrong, nice people, this McDonald's is like 90 seconds drive from my house. Before they used to stuff up every single order without fail, and im not exaggerating,  my kids used to ask if they could film it and put it on youtube. They have got better now and ask you to wait to give them more time to prepare it. So i pay and when i get to the second window and they come to me i ask before they talk, mccafe window or waiting bay? Tonight they told me mccafe window, so i waited for about five minutes, when i ordered i asked for double burger, sorry, mcdouble happy meals with vanilla thick shake as the drink, they said they had no thick shakes so would i like a mcflurry instead, she told me what they had so i paid more to have strawberry one and after five minutes they said sorry there is none so i said dont worry, just give my money back which they did. So when they brought the order back i asked do i need to chech it? (Ptettu simple i would have thought) and she said no, you shouldnt need to but you can if you like. I had waited long enough and wanted to get home so chose not to. Got home, all good except i had a double cheese burger and a single one without pickles and onions, special order, so someone else would have had to complain too

Very friendly staff and efficient service. Food is always great and fresh.
