Overall, I have been here lots of times and have had positive experiences and always order custom orders adjusting my burger but half the time they get it wrong meaning I have to go back inside to tell the people working at the front a few times the manager has gotten angry and but always replaced. The toilets and clean and modern. The tables are clean but often find people’s leftover lettuce on the and the floor. Overall it is a nice modern McDonald’s but needs better customer service
Ordered a small latte and it tastes like milk. Also, once I ordered I get it in 1 second! Like straight away, pretty sure it is done before I ordered. It doesn’t smell like coffee and I can’t taste a bit coffee from it either. It is a milk for me.nnNot the first time to have McCafe coffee but this one is the most disappointing one ever. Not recommended.nnSpacious seating area inside and outside.
Came in on a Saturday at around 1230 and there was a rush both inside and in the drive through.nnThe team member at the front counter in the blue shirt managed to quickly and efficiently lead her team and manage the almost hour long rush while I was there.nnThere were no angry customers. Nobody waiting in frustration. It was amazing to witness such an amazing team member.nnSurely worth her weight in gold!nWell done
Second time in a span of 2wks, I've been served with hot milk for LATTE. Hot frothy milk. No smell of coffee, no taste of coffee. Ordered latte with hazelnut syrup, not even a slight bit sweet or hazelnuty. Never again am i wasting $5 for a cup of milk here. Disappointed!
This branch makes the absolute best soft serve, been here so many times never disappointed.
