This is a quick snack-stop at best it's not like it's a proper full Hungry Jacks. Ordered via the app, so the order was in the system already - yet we were still asked to park the car from the drivethru. As it's on the side of a petrol station, there are virtually no carparks to wait in. We sat for a good 13-15 minutes, only to receive an order of cold soggy burgers, and paid extra $$ for drink add-ons that were not included, as ordered. Not a good HJ's experience at all...
Ensure to check your bag before leave the store because the food you order may not matched in the bag. Waiting time can be shorter if possible to improve. Put a smile on your face pre & post serve customers that would bright customers’ day.
We were in the drive through for about 15 minutes. We were at the head of the line. we ordered a double whopper meal and it came out as a single. The chips were cold and so was the burger. Hannah served us. Not good at all.
Clive gurkman says “a picture says a thousand words” And the $7.99 chicken burger I received last night from the Scoresby HJ’s has to be seen to be believed. With chicken drier than I thought physically possible, single digit shreds of lettuce, tomato that dematerialised between purchase and packaging, I assumed they heated these things up with microwaves but they even burnt the buns. There are many things I would change if I could just turn back the clock, this burger is one of them.
The wait was about 30min, the chips were way too salty and the chicken was so dry that water was needed after every bite. So was the onion ring's they were fried for way too long and it also tasted dry would not recommend coming back.
