Clive gurkman says “a picture says a thousand words” And the $7.99 chicken burger I received last night from the Scoresby HJ’s has to be seen to be believed. With chicken drier than I thought physically possible, single digit shreds of lettuce, tomato that dematerialised between purchase and packaging, I assumed they heated these things up with microwaves but they even burnt the buns. There are many things I would change if I could just turn back the clock, this burger is one of them.
We were in the drive through for about 15 minutes. We were at the head of the line. we ordered a double whopper meal and it came out as a single. The chips were cold and so was the burger. Hannah served us. Not good at all.
This branch is really Dirty, enough that after making an order and looking around the service area almost cancelled my order. I complained to the service person, I got my order which was wrong when I opened it when on the way home, THEN HAD TO RUN TO THE TOILET GETTING HOME.. THE FOOD WENT STRAIGHT THROUGH ME YUK... WON'T BE BACK THERE AGAIN.. PICK YA GAME UP YOU LOT.nCOMPLAINT FILLED WITH HEAD OFFICE RE CLEANLINESS OR LACK OF AND BAD FOOD AND WRONG ORDER
My burger felt like it was straight out of the refrigerator. On top of that the rest of the food was burnt and cold. Honestly this has put me off of hungry jacks for a long time
