Worst customer service ever experienced! Most lunatic and unprofessional staff who have no value for the customer/partners working with. Would never recommend anyone to buy their products or to engage in any businesses activities with this company!nSurprised to see these companies exist
Great products
I was run off the road by one of their drivers.nnI was going towards Geelong on the 1st November on the Princess FWY when a driver in a PFD truck merged into my lane without looking. I was next to the truck and my bonnet was halfway up the truck. I had to slam my foot on the brake and swerve. The driver kept going and didn't even try to adjust himself or acknowledge I was there. He could have caused a serious accident.nnI contacted the company and spoke with Jodie who asked me to forward on the information to her along with the photos I had of the truck and license plate. I didnt hear anything back so I followed up again. I still haven't heard from anyone in regards to their drivers dangerous driving and lack of concern for others on the road.nnHorrible follow up with this company regarding this matter. They clearly do not care about their drivers causing accidents.
