Ordered Aussie burgers no beetroot, plus they were cold. Both girls were too busy talking to make iced coffee. Had to wait for that while good was getting cold.... Dining area was a mess. Rubbish left on tables and on floors. Wasn't busy enough to not be able to clang dining area. Disgusting

Was here a few days ago. A customer brought food back because he got the wrong burger. The manager who was at the front cashier took it, opened it, checked and confirmed it was the wrong burger and gave the customer the right burger. All good? Except that the manager then took that burger and put it back under the heat lamps. A later customer came and ordered something something, the manager picked up that same burger, told the kitchen to add something to the burger to make it what the new customer ordered. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't this against food safety and handling regs?nHaving said this, the younger staff members here are always nice and helpful. Have come to this store manh times before as i am a local and have always enjoyed it. But now, I feel like I have to come early and make sure my order isn't something that was previously handed back.  On the surface of it, seems innocent enough. But what if that first customer was sick,  or added something to the food or whatever ...

Just don’t. Ordered Philly cheese deluxe. Not sure what I got but it definitely wasn’t that. Wasn’t til I was home that I realised. Some of the staff here are pretty rude.

Ordered a thick-shake through drive-thru. Waited 10 minutes at the window for the order to be prepared and there were no other cars waiting behind me. Was not acknowledged at all by staff whilst waiting for my order and when it finally was made, no apology was received for the long wait time. The quality of the product was below expectation- was supposed to be a ‘thick’ shake but the consistency was very watery and unpleasant. Drank about 1/4 of it and had to throw the rest out.nPoor customer service, poor quality of food and excessive wait time on the order. Will definitely not be returning to this store. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Went to Hungry Jacks Knox City twice for a snack and dinner meal.nnLocation is inside the Knox City complex so you must go through the parking cameras entrance, plenty of free parking once in.nnThe first visit we went inside and sat down. Was loud and service took longer than expected, a lot of school kids.nThe chicken tenders were overcooked and not nice, cheeseburger and chips were alright and standard for HJ.nnSecond visit was a drive thru meal. Was told to park on the parking bay for our order even though we ordered in advance on the app. The wait was about 15 minutes which is ridiculous, was about 10 other cars out there too, all trying to squeeze into their loading bay.nOrdered a Jacks Fried Chicken Burger with extra patty and some whopper jrs. JFC burger tasted alright despite its terrifying construction. Chips were well seasoned. Whopper jrs standard.nnWould go back to this HJ if in the area and wanted it. The main bad thing are the huge wait times, order well in advance.
