Honestly the worst Hungry Jacks I’ve been to. Every time we go we have to wait 30 minutes in the drive-through. Tonight we tried going inside because we saw the line of cars and instead of serving us they told us to walk through the drive through which I’m pretty sure is illegal and definitely unsafe. I understand it was 10 minutes before closing but all we wanted was two shakes - something that should take 5 minutes and instead it took 30 minutes. Once we got to the counter, the man who served us did not apologise for the wait and didn’t seem to have a care in the world for getting orders done quickly. I am not usually one to complain but I had to this time because they definitely need a change in management! It’s the only Hungry Jacks near me so I would love to continue eating from this place if it improved!!
ordered souther crispy chicken, the one who took the money was very serious and didn't smile. The one who delivered it on the next window wasn't very pleasant and also no smile , no words even. Then when i tasted the overpriced chicken i was hugely dissapointed. Salty, dry, tasteless chicken.nOverall hugely dissapointing 0/10 at best
Theres 2 shift managers one is really good and knows how to manage the shop. the other guy is incompetent to say the least huge drive thru queue's everyday inside is even worse. Honestly if you wanna save some time go to rowville hungry jacks because waiting 25 mins in the drive thru for a wrong order is not fun . What a joke these guys need some serious training. if the shop is busy mate honestly run!!!
The manager Jared is super helpful and friendly . Always goes out of his way to help. The dining room is always nice every time I’ve been in. Everytime I have come in my meal has always been hot and fresh! highly recommended!! ^_^
Went for midweek lunch - eat in. The place was filthy, it didn't appear to be very busy and could have been cleaner. I wrote to the managmeent suggesting they have one staff member wiping down tables and those self service screens goodness knows what germs are on them. I got a generic response 'we have written to the manager addressing your concerns'. Won't be visiting again.
