Went to Hungry Jacks Knox City twice for a snack and dinner meal.nnLocation is inside the Knox City complex so you must go through the parking cameras entrance, plenty of free parking once in.nnThe first visit we went inside and sat down. Was loud and service took longer than expected, a lot of school kids.nThe chicken tenders were overcooked and not nice, cheeseburger and chips were alright and standard for HJ.nnSecond visit was a drive thru meal. Was told to park on the parking bay for our order even though we ordered in advance on the app. The wait was about 15 minutes which is ridiculous, was about 10 other cars out there too, all trying to squeeze into their loading bay.nOrdered a Jacks Fried Chicken Burger with extra patty and some whopper jrs. JFC burger tasted alright despite its terrifying construction. Chips were well seasoned. Whopper jrs standard.nnWould go back to this HJ if in the area and wanted it. The main bad thing are the huge wait times, order well in advance.

I had an issue with forgetting something in the shopping centre. Asked staff to hold my order until I returned. Staff held my order and greeted me by name on my return. So good to find friendly staff, recommend this HJ to everyone.

I ordered a medium beef burger combo, but all I got was two slices of bread with sauce on it. I called the store but the clerk didn't care. He just kept telling me to call Uber myself, without giving any explanation.

The Manager is a nice fellow. He has put in effort to get to know me and be friendly. I appreciate that effort. So I enjoy this venue more than other stores.nnI enjoy the cheap coffee. I probably wouldn’t go here if the coffee was more expensive.nnI wish Hungry Jacks in general had cheaper food and then I would buy more.nnI miss the retro diner theming, soft drink machine and crowns.  Hungry Jacks lacks a lot of soul these days.

The food was good and our order was accurate. Service was slightly slow, but it was peak dinner time so that was to be expected. The only thing that let it down was the cleanliness of the place, the tables had spilt food and rubbish on them, luckily I always carry antiseptic wipes.
