I’ve got the worst chips, they weren’t fresh, they’re very cool. Quality is worst. I understand sometimes it happens. I went to the store to swap with a fresh one. I waited for more than 10mins. There was one stupid staff who’s intentionally looking at me and laughing at me looking me wait. Worst service.

Not sure if it was the restaurant's fault or Menulog's, but someone has to lift their game. No confirmation of my order being processed was received, so I was left thinking it had not gone through. Lucky I saw the driver arrive, or I would have not even noticed it arrived. Not that it made a difference.. Food was cold, banged about, and I received 4 chicken tenders instead of the 5 that I'd ordered. Since this is one of your newest additions and stars of the menu, I'd think you might want to get it right. I felt ripped off. Not ordering here again.

Was ordering 2 ice mocha was about to give one to my friend to try, since i thought it's good through drive thru but it came out as plain ice coffee. Realised too late, only after driving quite far from the premises, and was too late to go back since we had other appointment to go to...the drink also spilled out everywhere on the tray, waiting time also quite long! Wasting my time and money! So, not happy at all!!!!

Absolutely worst Hungry Jacks Around. EVERY time I came here which is very rare I always get told to wait for my food. In the drive though and it's always 15 to 20 minute waits. Last night the attitude I got because I asked where my food was after waiting 20 minutes and watching 5 cars drive off when I was the first in line and last to get food. Not even busy inside. So I don't understand why it ALWAYS takes SO LONG for food to come out. My burger ended up being cold and soggy. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMENDED!! Unless you are happy to wait 15 to 20 mins for cold soggy food!  You've had your last chance!!! Never coming here again.
