Went to Hungry Jacks Knox City twice for a snack and dinner meal.nnLocation is inside the Knox City complex so you must go through the parking cameras entrance, plenty of free parking once in.nnThe first visit we went inside and sat down. Was loud and service took longer than expected, a lot of school kids.nThe chicken tenders were overcooked and not nice, cheeseburger and chips were alright and standard for HJ.nnSecond visit was a drive thru meal. Was told to park on the parking bay for our order even though we ordered in advance on the app. The wait was about 15 minutes which is ridiculous, was about 10 other cars out there too, all trying to squeeze into their loading bay.nOrdered a Jacks Fried Chicken Burger with extra patty and some whopper jrs. JFC burger tasted alright despite its terrifying construction. Chips were well seasoned. Whopper jrs standard.nnWould go back to this HJ if in the area and wanted it. The main bad thing are the huge wait times, order well in advance.

This is the closest HJ’s i live near, I’ll agree that their burgers are better than others however i cannot say the same about the service. Now by this I mean the drive thru. My experience here for the last 3 months has been utter garbage. They add another ordering lane, and yet I’m here in line for 10+ minutes Every. Damn. Time. To make matters worse, they have bays that cars can move up and wait in. And they don’t use them. I ordered a singular storm, and yet here I am waiting for 10 minutes behind a full family car who could have easily pulled around the corner. If I wanted to wait, I’d rather go inside to order and pay. Do better.nnFYI - I wrote this in the drive through, and no, I still haven’t gotten my storm

I had an issue with forgetting something in the shopping centre. Asked staff to hold my order until I returned. Staff held my order and greeted me by name on my return. So good to find friendly staff, recommend this HJ to everyone.

Went thru the drive thru and it took 30 minutes to get two ice creams. I paid with cash 2 storms. They cost $4.95 each but i got charged $10.20 which they overcharged me. They also did the nutella storm incorrect which i asked for the nut toppings but they said that’s how it is. It isn’t. Then they had no common courtesy to apologise for the wait time. Disgusting customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Hungry Jack’s in Knox City. The staff was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. This wasn’t a one time occurrence; their behavior has been consistently poor from the start, with no improvements over time. When you visit a restaurant, you expect basic courtesy, and that was completely lacking here. The staff neither asked anything nor showed any respect. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
