First visit: I just bought 6 X 3 wicked wings online. And it was fast to get my order, however, when I got home, there are only 11 wings in the box!?  Where are the other 7 wings?!  Not happy!  Especially I’ve mentioned my online order number to the staff.  Better checked your stuff before you leave!  After I complained to KFC, they gave me credit for my next purchase.  Second visit: Correct quantity and crispy hot food. I’m happy that KFC is working towards excellent service.

It is a shame you can't separate the front of house staff reviews from the back of house. Register staff member was amazing, a que of 20ppl and managed a great smile and politeness when getting served. Eventually a second server came to help. Back of house is another story, 1 wrap and 1 burger processed in the 17 min I was waiting. Chips and carry cups cold by the time the burger arrived

When you bite into a piece of chicken it shouldn't be black inside right down to the bones. Flesh should never ever be pink and the bones should be a light grey at best. Just not good enough. 1 star too generous.

Been there 3 times. One thing was common. Food wasnt fresh. Chicken was soggy and bones are black. Quite contrast to other KFC outlets I have visited.

My popcorn chicken tasted like cinnamon, when my partner went to ask why the lady said they used the tray for desserts last and then proceeded to get more popcorn chicken off the same tray. Making the new popcorn chicken also taste like cinnamon.  Very un-hygenic and making me unable to eat my food. Very disappointed!

Quality of food and level of customer of customer service is always outstanding. All staff are polite and friendly.

People you have to try the chicken at KFC in the food court in Knox city , you will be surprised how good it is lately. My son had meal from there and came home and told me , my friend Maria too . What change?  : the boss is doing the work , the chips crunchy , the chicken crunchy , the potato and gravy yummy . The best . R.kattina

I recently placed an order for a meal. Whilst waiting for my food, I noticed the female who was packing my order had sweat dripping from her forehead possibly into my food. I  instantly lost my appetite.

The food is cold.  Tha staff are not  checking dockets and kids are stealing other people’s food.  Stay away.

Some of the best KFC I have ever had always nice always make everything fresh love it
