Lovely coffee, friendly service. I work in one of the shops and the lovely manager brought my coffee to my shop because I was too busy to go on break.  If that isn't good service I don't know what is.

Just horrible & mean. Sat down after ordering hot chips from the place next door & got rudely (not just asked nicely) told to order something or move off the tables! We have 3 kids under 3 and only 2 out of 9 tables were even being used. So we went and ordered a drink as we were told to, and then had (presumably) the owner come over and proceed to tell us how rude we were for eating chips at their tables? He said "you are immoral and don't want to admit to it" and walked away.. then went to table next to us & complained to them about us! Just horrible customer service. Horrible people.

Bad customer service. Presented my coffee loyalty card to redeem "free coffee". Was told that the cafe no longer accepts these cards. Should have given me my free coffee but advise me that in the future, the cafe no longer offers loyalty cards. (Change of ownership??). You would have kept me as a happy customer. Instead, I will now avoid this cafe and will not organise coffee catchups there with my friends.

Never have anything from Knox Shingle Inn. Worst customer service ever.
