Compared to other hungry jacks, this one is very low quality. It shouldn't be hard to meet a basic standard. Food came barely wrapped, burger was falling apart. The restaurant is unhygienic, food and trash all over the floor, on and under every table see photos. Do better.
This was the scariest moment of my life and also the scariest moment of all of the staff working there's life. There was a junkie in there that was trying to sell me Valium and whilst it sounded like fun he was totally smashed and throwing chairs around. Still love hungry Jacks but this experience was the worst.Food: 4/5
Manager AKASH is absolutely rude to his customers, we waited with children in a hot car on Xmas day for 6 drinks . We kept asking how long and he replied. Nearly ready nearly ready, after 35 mins we asked for a refund and didn't want the drinks that were still not ready. He failed to apologise and laughed
Usually I dont mind Hungry Jacks, cost more, but worth it because they "usually" get the order correct, unlike McDonald's who are completely incapable of doing so. But... Im here to give you a tip, at a price of $18.75 for their five piece boneless chicken meal, I was pretty horrified. You'll see the picture attached, the chicken was flat, not a chrispy bit to be seen, they were flat slices, approximately two times the size of their nuggets at best. So the medium chips are $2, the drink maybe $4 and the oversized nuggets were $12.75. I couldn't believe it, I really thought they were taking the p15s, or doing it for a bet or a joke or something, the chips were not much more than cold as well. Dont waste your money and be disappointed, just get the nuggets, they taste the same anyway. Cant believe it, but they did get the order correct. That was just daylight robbery at its best.
Placed an online order today at 12. Took 15mins for my small meal to be prepared, which I'm fine with. But I'm not so okay with it when the ice cream I got was half melted and going everywhere. The marshmallows were all fused together and hard. The burger was well constructed but barely warm and the onion rings were straight up cold. Not fast food and not hood food. Definitely not a good experience and hope there is improvement in the future.
Hamburgers are reliable and mainly tasty. Always easy to get served at this place. Plenty of parking or drive through service if required. Restaurant is always kept clean with a great range of options available to eat and as they say the “ The Burgers are better at Hungry Jacks”
For a burger, they left me hanging for 30 minutes, not even an apology. The worse customer service ever. I know it’s grounded, but even as i show them my order it way ahead of other customers and they still let me hanging for another 10 minutes and serving other customer before my eyes? Really, there’s no excuse for how bad they treat their customers. I suggest if you need fast food, go for kfc next to it. Better service…and better burger. I will never ever step my foot into this dirt bag place again. Ever.

Warm chips, barely above cold chicken nuggets, burgers drowning in way too much sauce, and all this after watching the Manager prioritise the drive-thru. I almost asked for a refund & went elsewhere. I'll never be back here.Food: 2/5
Treated my son to takeaway dinner as his mother and sister were away for a concert in the city. Have eaten here many times for lunch. This evening service through the drive through was extremely slow there was no line, although the server did apologise. When the burgers arrived they were hard and drenched in sauce, almost inedible and very disappointing. Fries and shake were fine
