Unfortunately I had to experience the most worst thing that ever happened to me in a restaurant in Straya. A fly jumped in to my water cup & then I requested a new cup from the waitress, thought everything was alright but I could not finish my dish as another two flies jumped in to my plate. When I showed to the waitress girl she was like it wasn’t happened there before. I said I’m not happy with the service & I rejected paying for the food. Then they asked me to pay half price & when I told them that I’m gonna report it to the council they didn’t charge me. Seems like they don’t care about flies & bugs. I didn’t see any electric fly killer installed in the restaurant. Will never go back to this place.

Recently went to take advantage of a docket I had for a $10 promotion for "any rice or noodle dish". Ordered the nasi goreng special and was charged $10.90. When questioned the cashier said she had to add GST. I didn't argue but in hindsight there was no mention on the promo that GST was separate, so I thought it was pretty cheeky on their end! Food wise was ok, but really pricey for what it was- will not pay regular price of $16.90 for a plate of nasi goreng. With so many choices at Knox Ozone I won't be in a hurry to return.

Paparich has a $10 lunch menu which suited my daughters. I ordered roti channai with extra dahl instead of sambal, this was easily accommodated for by the restaurant. Their drinks are especially nice. We recommend the matcha and red bean drink, lime and lychee drink, and the coconut drink. All-in-all, a very reasonably priced and satisfying meal.
