5 minutes away from home makes an attractive takeout option, great food every time. Just a shame they don’t do menu log yet :(

Shoutout to Harley who served us on 16/1/18 at around 5pm. Thank you for the excellent service and cheeriness, he really made our time here at Schnitz enjoyable and is a great asset to your business.

Very poor service and food We waited for 40 min to get our order. We ordered Garden salad, a wrap and potato chips with some dips. When our order arrived, first, I noticed that salad quantity has drastically reduced, when I asked he accepted that they have reduced the serving size but without reducing the price? Wow.. when we mentioned we won't be not coming back..He went in to check with his manager, if he could do something but Manager did not even care to respond or do anything for customer satisfaction and gave us the salad back. We were thinking to cancel the order but by that time were so hungry that had to eat whatever was given. Second thing we noticed that wrap had no mayo/ sauce whatsoever. Wow! and last thing but not the least - no dips as well!! 40 mins of wait and this level of poor service.. WE ARE NOT COMING BACK! Just Amazing!

My partner and I's order got mixed up, but the server Ashlee was so quick to pick up on it and offer us complimentary dips with our chips. First time we had been offered table water and was up front with the mix up (which has happened before). But because she handled it so quickly and well, we were super happy. Lovely character.
