Fast service clean table good food

I've unfortunately had to withdraw my patronage after giving the manager several attempts of redemption. They have nice food and coffee but the service by the manager is appalling. 
His manner is acusatory and disrespectful which I've observed with other patrons but recently with myself. 
The other staff are helpful and approach with maturity and respect for their customers but the manager behaves as though he has entitlement to behave so poorly to people he does not like or disagree with. 
I would give zero to his manner and lack of service but a 4 to the rest of the hard working staff.
