What a horrible experience today. If I could, I could give them a zero. The service here is terrible and they are not even helpful. The Asian manager there is rude and she should learn how to speak and serve to customers instead of shrugging them off. I came in today to buy a birthday and was rudely served by them. Decided to take my money some where else and buy a birthday cake that isin't overpriced and dry looking. Best decision ever.

I have purchased a brand new entertainment book which has vouchers to buy one hot drink & get one free. I presented them today and they refused to honour the voucher. I asked why they put them in the brand new book if they were not prepared to honour them. They did not have an answer. I did not & will not spend my money there again. I purchased my coffee else where

My mum bought me a cake from there for my birthday that was a little bit larger than a mug paid top dollar for it she may as well gone to Safeway and got a chocolate cake from there as it was the exact same thing
