Food was awful. Chips were frozen cold couldn’t eat them. Chicken was dry . Ordered 4 piece box. Got drive thru on way home from work barely touched it. The roll was not edible. Gave it to the dogs.
It's very frustrating when you buy lunch worth over $50 only to get home 2mins away to find the chips are like they are 5 days old cold and soggy and the rest of the food in very similar shape. It's absolutely terrible we could not eat it. Thank you kfc knox for worst meal of our lives and for wasting our money.
Food was tasteless, both my chips & chicken were cold & not cooked. Some of my pieces of chicken wings & the Zinger had uncooked batter on them . It was also poorly packed & presented.nI hope they can improve their offerings, or we will be visiting the local Hungry Jacks more often.
Read the order back to us at least 4 times at drive thru, all correct... But when we get handed the order there's stuff missing.
Edit: quality has improved since 2022, still not amazing but it's good.nnThe guy at the counter was really nice customer service has already been pretty good here BUT the chicken recently is nothing, what is KFC doing? It's a disgrace. Literally a thin piece of meat in my burger, even 1 slice of bread is twice as thick. This wasn't the case before did they change it?. Maccas is in the food court and Hungry Jacks next door... Go There instead.nnFeel bad for the employees serving this trash. Inflation my left nipple.nnAlso the buns on the burger was more stale than my law lectures.
