I was very impressed with everything. I didnt expect much, but the venue looks pretty nice, lots of tables outside near the trees, it would have been nice sitting outside. Inside is spacious, and you can see they have function room that looks pretty good too. Staff are nice. Their menu has Western and Asian dishes. I went with fried chicken Maryland with tofu and sambal and rice. It was very nice! Chicken was pretty big. Nice and crispy and tasty. Sambal was good amount of spicy for me. The chili chicken avo sandwich was nice too. Lychee lemonade was quite nice. Good value meals and tasty!

My visit to Rowville Rotary Club that meet there every Tuesday night in their function room. 6.30pm for 7pm. Choice of 5 dishesnfrom the bistro menu. Impressed with venue and food quality and service. Decided to join hope to see you there
Really yummy food, lots of weekly specials so good value for money. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Great alternative to the local pub for a good feed with a quieter more cosy atmosphere
I dined in at Tosaria Restaurant for a birthday lunch and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive, friendly and accomodating and we all enjoyed our beautifully made meals. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean and spacious which was pleasant. I would highly recommend the Nasi Goreng and Cloud cocktail. 10/10 experience :
