I hate it when I dine somewhere that has little care for its staff, and unfortunately this is one of those places. When we arrived the floor was extremely slippery, mostly from food smeared across the floor by the entrance. There was a wet floor sign right next to the entry door, behind the bins. When we sat down there was also another one hidden by the pillars next to our table. We watched many staff slide around on their feet with trays of food, and other customers struggling to keep footing. We saw a woman fall over due to not seeing a sign as it was obstructed by the barrier, and the manager's response was "there's signs everywhere", despite only having two that were obstructed and almost half of the store having a slippery floor. Her attitude was extremely disappointing. It's a shame that good customer service and delicious food especially great service from the shift manager- I believe, grey shirt, was ruined by the blatant disregard for staff and customer safety.

It does not require the same quality as the picture. Caesar salad... Why no dressing? When I opened the box, I found letus, chicken and ham. There was no dressing and no red vegetables.

Went there and the person at the counter was very friendly and kind. The food was very good, they gave a good amount of chips and the burger was nice and hot. After I had finished the guy came back and asked us how the food was and told us to have a great day. Please give this man a pay raise because he deserves it.

Starters, I used to work at McDonald’s. I got charged extra on my mobile order by accident, no biggy. The thing about McDonald’s is to always order extra sauce with your nuggets, they won’t give you the same portion as a sweet n’ sour sauce with your Big Mac sauce as they need to save up supplies.. But to be this lazy, I barely got a quarter of Big Mac sauce, looks like left overs from an empty sauce tub.. Should’ve stayed at my own McDonald’s. Hope this review opens up eyes for improvement. Customers pay extra for sauce at least keep it half full.

Mornington McDonald's is dirty and needs work done on it. Chairs are torn, ceilings have leak stains and food marks. Toilets and tables are never clean either. Wouldn't go there except it's convenient while waiting for the doctor.Food: 4/5

Well, this is the second time that I’ve actually ordered through Menulog and it’s not Menulog‘s fault. Ordered two triple cheeseburgers and only got one again. Second time in three weeks. Ring the restaurant they said the burger was sitting there and they made a mistake. I’m in retail myself, but really, how hard is it to put two hamburgers in a bag. Really really disappointing McDonald’s. Knox really disappointing you need to get your act together.

Just had to try their potato cakes. They were OK as expected. What surprised me was that you get 2 cakes per order for one. So the $3.25 per cake is actually 2 cakes.Food: 4/5

ordered a meal worth $70 and in that meal i ordered 1 Large vanilla shake on its own and 1 medium vanilla shake in the el maco meal. both of which did not come in the meal.

16/9/22 Slightly before 5pm Almost all table tops near the McCabe side were dirty and not wiped down. My husband, son and I went from table to table to finally settle on the most decent one which still had food particles on it. Used serviettes and water to wipe down the table on my own. It is a bit disappointing.
