Love this place. Libby the manager and her staff are a pleasure to deal with, keep rockin ladies! New eclectic stuff arriving every week, easy parking off the main road. Recently renewed their lease, thank goodness!

Store Manager Libby is so bubbly and friendly and helpful. Elyssa is so amazing and helpful. Can not get a better welcoming smile. Great customer service and advice will be back for sure. Thank you Ladies.

I love your products, and staff are generally nice and friendly too. I must however mention a staff member that served me today was really lovely, and helpful. However, some items weren't priced, and some were. So she said she'll ring it up as $2.95as opposed to the others showing $3.95 and this will include a 50% discount. I thanked her, chose my pieces and proceeded to pay. She then rang them gemstones up individually, and the total came up to be a lot more than I was expecting to pay. Looking at the receipt, none of them she rang up on the register was $2.95. I appreciate her doing the right thing for the business, but she could've told me they didn't turn out to be the same prices as I feel cheated into buying those items now. It is beyond me that I encounter such an experience in Ishka.

The ladies in store were lovely - however the customer service operator I spoke with on the phone miscommunicated the item I wanted put on hold and made a 3 minute conversation I could have had with the store directly take over 20 minutes. Please provide the stores direct number as the call centre staff are causing difficulty with something that could be very easy....

I LOVE ALL of my Ishka products from clothing jewellry to incense,rugs,oils and sage - I also buy little quirky gifts for my friends overseas.Love my Ishka! Peace light love - stay well and safe.

Ishka Nunawading is more than a shopping experience to me. Libby and the girls are a beautiful representation of how customer service can be. Sometimes I pop in when I'm having a not so great day, and I always feel more at peace when I leave. I've fashioned most of my home in Ishka pieces, my bedroom is my sanctuary, with gorgeous carefully selected special items that truly brighten my mood. Thanks girls, thanks Ishka
