In the 10mins that we browsed the shelves for car seat covers, three different staff members came up to ask if we needed help. Advise was rendered in the friendliest manner as we made our selection. When we asked for further assistance with our car stereo system, they asked for us to drive our car around for them to check. And with some quick fiddling, our speakers were fixed! We are very happy and most impressed with the standard of service we received and the extra lengths the staff went through to help. They deserve a good rating and review. Well done guys! Keep up the good work.
It was my first time at this AutoBarn yesterday. Despite going back and forth a few times to the store to get the right battery for my car, your staff Rhys has been really patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. Really appreciate the great service. Will definitely shop here again. :-
Alan was down to earth and really friendly. He offered first rate customer service, with the knowledge that only experience can give. Not only was I given the right equipment to fix my car, Alan fitted the parts quickly for me. I will definitely come back when I need assistance in fixing up my car again.
We had a new stereo installed in my daughters Honda Jazz. The initial unit did not have the features as discussed but after calling them and talking through the issues they offered to install a different unit at no extra cost. My daughter is very happy now. This is great customer service. Thanks guys.
Had a mission to clean my wife's brand new car. Had to travel between the Doncaster store and the Nunawading store. Staff from both stores were great while worked well with each other finding me the right equipment from the stores which had stock. Big thanks Matt for exceptional customer service!
Went into the store for help after failing to start my car on the weekend. Mr Alex S. kindly came out to assist without one second hesitation. He checked my car carefully, answered all my concerns patiently and solved my problem with his expertise. Very grateful for Alex's cordial service and professionalism!
Nice clean and well laid out store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a bit difficult to find a spot, especially on weekends. Large selection of car parts and accessories to choose from. They even offer a fitment service on some simpler items. A lot of known brands. Prices are usually fairly reasonable on most items.
I can't easy start my car on Thursday. Friday afternoon after work I went to here. Perfessional staff test my battery first. Then choose one suit for my car. Free install. Nice service. The good thing is 5:30pm other place all shut. Good place.
Went in to get compressor. Told them what I needed it for recommended one then I bought it. Works crappy - smoke started coming out of it and started to rattle. A loose screw could be seen from the vents. Ask for refund so could get better one. Sorry can't do it have to send back to manufacturers. How long will that take I ask. Won't know until it gets there. Not helpful. Go elsewhere.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received here. Had some new lights fitted to my car and some work done to the duel battery system. Ever since picking the car up I have had a number of dash warning lights on. When I rang to make them aware of this and see what could be done to remedy the situation I was told that this had absolutely nothing to do with the work that they had carried out. When I questioned this and asked if it seemed like a bit of a coincidence I was told “I have been a mechanic for 15 years, these things happen but nothing to do with us” I was told that i should take the car to Toyota but there was no way of proving that autobahn was responsible. When I expressed how unhappy I was with this response I was told “your not a mechanic” as if to say what would you know. I will never step foot in the shop again and would not recommend their C grade mechanic or poor customer service to anybody.
