I have been taking my cars here intermittently over the last 4 years, whenever I have big stuff that needs doing or parts that need replacing. I am a bit of a distance or would never go anywhere else. Such great people, honest, knowledgeable, reasonable and always happy to help. Even when I just call for advice they are always willing to assist.  Can’t recommend highly enough.

Amazing service, friendly and helpful team. Informative and honest when trying to do a repair and finding more issues than expected. All round an excellent experience and I would recommend these guys for a service on Volvo's anytime.

Absolute Volvo experts and enthusiasts. Even the guys there that are training will put every effort into your car and look after it as their own. Any parts you need, chances are you won’t have to wait long or wait at all to get them here.. and if they don’t have the time to do it for you when they’re booked out, best believe they will make the time to fix your Volvo for you. And they don’t waste your time telling you things need to be fixed that don’t need to be fixed, very reasonably priced compared to others half the price!!! and amazing service. Can’t complain.

Recently I was I involved in a crash with my 240GL, so my partner contacted Mark on my behalf about organising parts to be shipped up to Queensland, thankfully I had a friend moving up so we got them shipped to him and brought up with his stuff. They arrived today and my beautiful Ingvar is back in one piece. I cannot thank Mark and Berry Motor Group for their fantastic service and flexibility for this situation.

Our 1991Volvo 740 had an ignition failure last January in East Gippsland. RACV towed it to an auto electrical shop in Bairnsdale. Three and a half months later it still had not been fixed so we freighted it to Berry Motors. Five hours after delivery to Mitcham, the car was running and I drove it home to East Gippsland two days later. Through this exercise, I sought and was given tech advice by the patient, helpful and knowledgeable staff at Berry Motors. True Volvo specialist, with their own parts supply business and a team of mechanics who have intimate knowledge of the cars. Big workshop, so they get work done quickly and very professionally. The best choice for supporting Volvos - especially older ones - in Melbourne.

After being looked after so well on multiple occasions, I have to acknowledge these guys. They know their stuff and troubleshoot issues lickety-split. They treat our 940 with love and respect and we love them for it. Great people, great service! Thank you!
