Can not complain about my experience at Knox Mitsubishi. The whole team were great, especially our salesman’s Nic. He provided an outstanding and genuine service that made the process a breeze. The ultimate purchasing experience, would highly recommend going and seeing Nic! Thanks again, now I get to enjoy my new car!! :)

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about products. Product purchased was delivered on time. Am very happy with product and service.

We brought a brand new outlander just over 2 years ago. Ever since we have had the car we have been reporting problems with the battery going flat only to be told that there was nothing wrong with it. Finally today they admitted that there was a problem and replaced it, however because they had not kept any records of us continually telling them at every service as well as additional times when it has been with them for this problem I was charged $251 for the replacement battery!!!!! Apparently batteries are only under warranty for 1 year. So I pay for their incompetence, to add insult to injury when I later look at the invoice they even charged me $60 for labour. Good customer service would have at the very least waived this. No customer service whatsoever. And just as a last point, the last time they gave us the car back saying that there was nothing wrong with the battery it lasted less than 1 hour before it was totally flat.
