Do not use! Bunch of frauds. Just changed $104 to Korean won and only got 70,000 when the exchange rate should have made it 90,000! I regret not checking before. Massive difference. Answer to your reply - if i sent money via Wise then $104 woupd get me 90,800. Sorry but i feel conned. There's never a difference like that! I didn't check before I went to you because usually there's not much difference when exchanging such a small amount but you guys are ripping people off. You've given me $70 odd worth.
I just purchased 2,500,000 Dong for $243.00AUD from the Knox Exchange rate 10279.39128075/$1 AUD. After reviewing the rate and checking other Currency Exchange businesses I find that I have been horrendously been taken advantage of. For the same $243.00 at other exchange organisations I would have received nearly 3,400,000 Dong rate around 14353 Dong/$1AUD. This is not even close and I have lodged a complaint with them. If a you are a respectable business I would recommend conduct your business in a respectfully competitive way. As there is no other exchange at the Knox shopping centre right now due to renovations, I believe you can charge what you want. I cannot recommend this organisation and would like someone form management to at least ring me to explain why such a discrepancy. At least the person managing the exchange booth was pleasant and polite
