Ive been regularly buying from CentreCom for the past year. The store in Nunawading has great service, especially from the long time staff. Their product range is sufficient and more often than not, if there's something I'm after that they don't have in stock at the Nunawading store they're happy to make the call to place the item on hold at another store with stock, even if it's something in high demand otherwise they're happy to order it in for you. The staff are, on the most part, are more interested in seeing you walk out happy with a sale, over trying to force you into a purchase as I've experienced at other walk in computer stores. The staff will occasionally give their personal recommendations when it comes to certain products but it's never in a manner that's intended to make you buy the more premium product. Their prices are competitive and they'll try to get you a deal on parts where possible in a lot of circumstances. Especially when it comes to larger purchases such as entire computer builds.

Staff are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied before you walk out the door. They have a great range of products and are knowledgeable of the items they sell so can always answer any questions you have.

First of all, CentreCom stocks a broad range of parts and accessories for virtually anything you could need. From CPUs, graphics cards and RAM to complete computer builds, they've got it all. I recently purchased all the parts for a new PC here, and the staff were extremely helpful, pointing me to parts that would give me the best value for money. They even went as far to give me the lowest price they could manage, and organised with a 2nd store (CentreCom Hawthorn) to put aside a part that they didn't currently have in stock, even though it was in very high demand. I highly recommend paying this store a visit when shopping for new a new computer. Overall amazing experience, 10/10.

There are 3/5 items out of stock on my shopping list. It is meaningless to sell on good price but in fact not in stock.
