Protog Rocks, need to give them 6 stars. innovative products that solve problems and all at really great pricing. overtime I go in there there is a new product and my poor CC bends my arm. Seriously great gear at prices that are often a fraction of the Euro brands.

Couldn't ask for more from a retailer. Great customer service, great prices and they offer top notch support if anything is at fault with the equipment. Highly recommended.

Best prices and Very professional people to deal with. Unfortunately had to deal with product warranty replacement and had a 5 star experience. fast replacement with no extra questions. 
Highly recommending.

I went in to buy some flashes and asked for 2 unopened units. Upon being presented them, one was already open. When I asked for another one they put on a theatrical and took it away and got another. Before they did I noted the serial number. When the sales agent returned with the 'unopened' one it was exactly the same unit with the same serial number.
If your looking for new products that are actually new and no ex-demo sold as 'new' then stay away from this dump.
